Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Policy applies to all BillsOS subscriptions.
1. Plans and Billing
BillsOS offers three plans:
- Starter — Free, no charge
- Freelancer — ฿290/mo or ฿2,900/yr
- Pro — ฿390/mo
Billing is handled by Stripe, our approved payment processor. BillsOS charges no fee on the PromptPay payments you receive from your own clients — your BillsOS subscription and your PromptPay income are entirely separate.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the in-app billing portal (Stripe Customer Portal). There is no penalty and no long-term contract.
After cancellation, access to paid plan features continues until the end of the already-paid billing period.
3. Refunds
Payments for BillsOS subscriptions are generally non-refundable as the service is delivered and accessible immediately upon payment.
No pro-rated refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
Exception: Cavastir may, at its sole discretion, consider a refund where a serious technical fault caused by BillsOS prevents access to the Service for an extended period.
4. How to Request Assistance
If you have questions about your billing, wish to cancel, or want to discuss an exceptional circumstance, please contact support@billsos.com.
We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
5. Starter (Free) Plan Exception
The Starter plan is at no charge; therefore no billing occurs and no refund scenario applies.
